Noboru Nakatani has largely contributed to Kakuyasu over a decade since 2013 as an outside auditor. Prior joining to Kakuyasu, he worked at Nomura Securities where he earned extensive knowledge and expertise on corporate finance and overall capital markets. He has served on full time basis.
Hiroshi Yamada
Outside Auditor, Board of Auditors
Hiroshi Yamada has been specifically engaged in liquor taxation at the National Tax Bureau for a long time. By adapting his strong knowledge and expertise on liquor taxation, he has given us effective advice and opinions as an outside auditor of Kakuyasu Group since 2018. Liquor sales is essentially associated with liquor sales licenses which the National Tax Bureau accredited, and thus his presence has contributed a lot to our corporate governance.
Chikara Fudeno
Outside Auditor, Board of Auditors
Chikara Fudeno has been an outside auditor since 2018 and given the Board of Directors effective advice and opinions mainly from accounting and taxation point of view. He earned Japanese CPA credential in 1993 and was the Representative Partner of KPMG Azusa LLC.
